Your mission

Own the flow of work across a CNC production environment. Set clear expectations, elevate craftsmanship, and ensure a safe, efficient operation that consistently meets goals.

Core responsibilities

  • Direct and coordinate daily work so operations run without disruption.
  • Coach new team members and cultivate a mindset of continuous improvement.
  • Safeguard quality by overseeing processes and compliance to standards.
  • Schedule jobs, allocate resources, and optimize task assignments.
  • Hold frequent huddles to align on targets, share updates, and collect feedback.
  • Lead by example on safety, meeting all regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with management to recognize improvement opportunities and execute changes.
  • Record production data and track performance with accuracy.

Experience & attributes

  • High school diploma or equivalent; added technical training or certifications welcomed.
  • Leadership background in manufacturing or production.
  • Ability to inspire, guide, and hold teams accountable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal strengths.
  • Resilient problem-solver who decides effectively under pressure.
  • Knowledgeable in safety practices and regulations.
  • Competent with computers and production software tools.
  • Open to flexible scheduling and overtime when operations demand it.
