Position Summary

Assignments may include daytime in-person teaching following a high school schedule. Instructional areas being sought include : Biology, chemistry, English, foreign languages, government, history, mathematics, philosophy, physics, psychology, sociology. Application materials for adjunct positions are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Essential Functions

• Prepare syllabi and deliver curriculum appropriate for the course assigned;
• Maintain effective and timely student assessment and feedback;
• Manage and foster an inclusive educational environment to serve all learners;
• Understand the needs of high school students enrolled in college-level courses;
• Collaborate with high school instructor for consistency and classroom management;
• Maintain student attendance records in accordance with university policy;
• Submit mid-term and final grades on time;
• Demonstrate professionalism with students, faculty, staff, and administration;
• Complete all required training, including training on Engage LMS.
