The Role

We're hiring a Digital Campaign Strategist (junior–mid level) to support client accounts through performance reporting, campaign execution, and client communications. You'll be both analytical and client-facing , with the opportunity to grow into owning accounts and strategy.

Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day client communications and internal workflows.
• Develop and manage campaign strategies across Search, Social, Display, CTV, SEO, and Email channels.
• Track pacing, budgets, and KPIs to ensure performance goals are met.
• Build and present performance reports.
• Translate analytics into actionable recommendations for clients.
• Coordinate project deliverables across creative, content, and paid media.
• Stay current on digital marketing trends and platform best practices.

You will receive one-on-one training and coaching, with significant opportunity for personal growth as you develop your skills and our portfolio grows.

This is a full-time hybrid role, with approximately 10% of your time spent collaborating with colleagues in-person, and occasional travel to client sites.
