Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive, solutions-driven Scheduler who thrives on turning challenges into opportunities. This role is vital in ensuring our clients receive exceptional care by expertly matching them with care professionals who meet their specific needs. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule personalized care services by matching clients with care professionals based on skills, personalities, availability, and location.
- Anticipate potential scheduling challenges and take initiative to resolve them before they escalate.
- Approach scheduling as a puzzle—using creativity, logic, and resourcefulness to find the best solutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients and care professionals, ensuring a seamless and satisfying care experience.
- Communicate clearly, directly, and compassionately with clients, families, and care professionals.
- Maintain accurate records and use scheduling software proficiently.
