We're seeking a hands-on Market Development Specialist with strong self-discipline, exceptional time management, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence. The ideal candidate grows with building processes, improving workflows, and driving marketing efficiency and performance.
As a key member of the Cell Culture Bioprocessing Marketing Team, you'll collaborate with market development, product management, and commercial colleagues to deliver impactful marketing programs that create customer value, generate revenue, and fuel business growth.
Success in this role requires marketing expertise, strong project management skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Location : This is an onsite position available in Grand Island, NY, Hunts Valley MD, and Pittsburg, PA. Residency within commuting distance required. No relocation assistance provided.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive the production of marketing campaigns / tactics by engaging with key partners, both internally and externally, to drive projects to completion.
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign operations by handling Workfront requests, campaign tracking (Tactic IDs, CIDs), Salesforce campaign setup, and lead uploads to ensure accurate execution and timely delivery across global teams.
- Oversee digital asset and content management workflows, including uploads and video publishing, and brand / legal reviews, ensuring compliance, consistency, and proper tagging across Seismic platform.
- Continuously look for areas of optimization and develop SOPs or other process documents to improve efficiency of the cell culture marketing organization.
- Adhere to timelines while keeping projects well organized and optimized.
- Effectively communicate key initiatives, content, events, and webinars to collaborators.
- May perform other related duties as required and / or assigned.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree and 2-4 years of prior experience in a Market Development, Marketing Communications, or Marketing Operations role.Marketing experience in upstream or downstream Bioprocessing related industry preferredOutstanding verbal / written communication skills.Strong project management, attention to detail, prioritization, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.Confidence in assisting with the execution of marketing campaign and tactics across a range of channels including email, social, sales enablement, events, and more.Shows good judgment, remains flexible, and quickly responds positively to evolving priorities and circumstances.Demonstrates creativity in optimizing processes and addressing obstacles.Self-motivated and driving force in current or past organizations.Comfortable seeking guidance to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and professional growth.Collaborative teammate who is prepared to go above and beyond to accomplish critical objectives to drive business and financial outcomes.Expertise with Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, and experience with Power BI preferred. Comfortable learning new software tools and systems such as Salesforce and Workfront.B2B and life science / biopharma experience a plus.Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement define our staff. Compensation and Benefits : The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $76,000.00$101,000.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and / or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
