Opportunity Overview :

• Annual Volume : Experience a moderate pace with 26,500 visits per year and a 12% admission rate, providing both challenges and opportunities for growth.
• 23 ED Beds : Our appropriately sized department allows for efficient patient management without overwhelming the staff.
• Comprehensive Coverage : Enjoy 24 hours of physician coverage and 20 hours of advanced practice clinician (APC) coverage, ensuring balanced workloads and collaborative care.
• Advanced EMR : Utilize Cerner with Dragon dictation to enhance workflow and efficiency.
• Flexibility : Work across eight other EDs within the Abrazo Health network, offering variety in shift preferences, patient acuity, and income potential.

Who We’re Looking For :

Ideal candidates will be board certified or eligible in Emergency Medicine, or board certified or eligible in Family / Internal Medicine with significant emergency department experience. This role provides a supportive environment with access to TeamHealth's extensive network of resources, tools, and clinical knowledge.
