As a key member of our FP&A team, you'll partner directly with Sales leadership to influence strategy, shape decisions, and drive growth. This position will report to the Senior Manager, FP&A (Sales, Marketing, and Business Development) and will enjoy a high level of executive visibility and impact within a newly public company scaling for its next stage of growth.

About You :

The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, a growth mindset, and have a proven track record of providing superior financial and strategic analysis (ideally across a Sales organization). This role will partner closely with our Sales organization, specifically with senior leadership to report on the success of our Sales efforts, support strategic initiatives and provide decision making support, manage expenses while highlighting risks / opportunities, and working on critical projects across the GTM team. In this highly-visible role, you will provide timely financial insights and outlook in order to make informed and trusted decisions for our company.

The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $124,400 USD - $166,400 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
