The F-35 Training and Logistics Quality function is hiring a dedicated resource to focus on writing quality, compliant BOE's (Basis Of Estimate) for the multitude of proposals in the pipeline today, and for the foreseeable future. This role will be the primary POC for Quality proposal efforts, with SME support from the various functions within Quality for technical content / SME judgment. This is a high volume, quick turn proposal environment, requiring a meticulous, detail oriented and highly driven candidate. There will also be exposure opportunities to learn Finance skills such as Indirect / Overhead accounts management, Control Account Manager (CAM) functions and responsibilities, and Workforce Planning (Vemo) skills. Previous personnel in this role have progressed into subsequent growth opportunities based on networking and skills learned executing this position.

Basic Qualifications :

• Knowledgeable of LM proposal process for US DOD contracting
• Knowledgeable of genBOE BOE authoring tool
• Skilled in quality, compliant BOE authoring
• Ability to work in a cross functional team environment
• History of meeting tight timelines, meeting commitments in a fast-paced proposal environment
