Need : Clinic coverage starting March 21 st - 28 th then PRN coverage as needed.

Schedule : Mon - Fri 8am-4 : 30pm

Patients per day : 25-30

Cases : External beam treatments, OTV's and follow ups.

EMR : EPIC

REQUIRED : Active IL License

Board Eligible or Certified

DEA / CSR / BLS
