Job description5+ years of experience in IBM TRIRIGA support - including incident management, root cause analysis and defect fixing. Strong functional and technical knowledge of Portfolio, Construction, Facility Management modules, Operation & Maintenance, and Capital Project. Strong understanding of design, develop, customize Tririga Business Object, Form Builder, Queries / Reports and Workflows. Good understanding of Tririaga Admin console, Tririga Integration and Database queries. Perform Data Migration and Deployment and Object Migration. Monitor the application performance and ensure the high system availability through proactive maintenance and tuning. Good understanding of ticketing tools like JIRA. Test, troubleshoot, maintain and enhance IBM TRIRIGA applications based on business requirements, customer feedback, and industry best practices Hands-on experience with Integration object, data connect, apache NiFi Proficient in BIRT report development and customization Good understanding of TRIRIGA data model and configurations Excellent problem-solving, communication and customer service skills. Good to have basic scripting and automation knowledge for monitoring / troubleshooting tasks.
