Job descriptionHigh school diploma or equivalent; experience in restoration, construction, cleaning, or a related field is a plus. Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset. IICRC certification preferred but not required – we'll help you get certified! Ability to pass a background check. Competitive starting pay : $16–$22 per hour based on experience, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses. Are you passionate about helping people recover from disasters and restoring properties to their pre-loss condition? We're a growing restoration company serving the Northwest Arkansas and surrounding area, specializing in water, fire, mold, and storm damage mitigation. We're committed to providing 24 / 7 emergency services with professionalism and care. We're now hiring dedicated Restoration Technicians to join our dynamic team!
What You'll Do :
- Respond to emergency calls for water extraction, drying, fire cleanup, and structural repairs.
- Perform demolition, cleaning, and rebuilding tasks on residential and commercial properties.
- Document job progress with photos and reports for insurance claims.
- Ensure safety compliance and deliver exceptional customer service during stressful situations.
- Work on-call rotations for after-hours and weekends as needed.
