Position Overview :

HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Nurse Manager for a 13-week assignment in Bronx, New York . This leadership position oversees nursing operations in an acute care setting , ensuring quality patient outcomes, staff development, and efficient departmental workflows.

This is a day shift, Monday–Friday position with 36 guaranteed hours per week .

Assignment Details :

Start Date : 9 / 22 / 2025 (ASAP)

Length : 13 weeks

Shift : Days – 12-hour shifts

Schedule : Monday through Friday

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week

Care Setting : Acute

Requirements :

Active NY RN License (Required)

BLS (AHA or ARC)

Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) via CCI (Required)

Minimum 5 years of nursing experience

Previous management or leadership experience required

Epic EMR proficiency (Required)

BSN not required

Charting System :

Epic Systems Corporation – EpicCare Inpatient (EMR)

Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage daily nursing operations in assigned department(s)

Lead, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff performance

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, accreditation standards, and best practices

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care quality and efficiency

Participate in budgeting, staffing, and strategic planning initiatives

Preferred Experience :

Strong background in perioperative or acute care leadership

Demonstrated success in managing clinical teams in high-volume hospital environments
