Summary

The Superintendent is responsible for field operations to provide a positive and efficient working environment for our crews.  Effectively managing this process requires efficiency in logistics, coordinate of materials, production planning, tracking, and quality assurance.  The CM acts as an extension of the project manager and Foreman to instill the work plan to the crew as well as systematically report back to the Sr. PM to communicate and advise of progress, roadblocks, and any issues presented by owner or Baker crew.

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The lists below are representative of the knowledge, skill and / or ability required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education : Highschool / GED
• Years of Experience : 3-5 years of Restoration experience
• Certifications : OSHA30
• Drivers License : Required
• Travel 80-90% (NC & SC)- home on weekends!
