Perform contracts management functions across the spectrum of actions associated with providing supplies and services, from capture through proposal, contract award, and all phases of contract administration. Provide business advice and guidance to and coordinate with other functions including program management, finance, legal, subcontracts, business development, engineering, human resources, accounting, and compliance to effectively manage a breadth of responsibilities, including contract solicitations / capture, negotiations, and contract terms, including fulfillment of related obligations. Serve as an authorized, empowered representative for the company as an interface with customer buying representatives responsible for building effective relationships and managing contracts to support business goals and objectives. Coordinate solutions to contractual issues and customer concerns related to company performance. Ensure contractual compliance with all laws and regulations, and adherence to Delegation of Authority and approval requirements for proposals and contractual actions. Lead and support audits, as appropriate, with internal and external audit teams and agencies to support contract-related activities and verify compliance. Ensure final contract documents are consistent with agreements reached at negotiations. May plan and participate in training of contract practices within the company. Collect contractual data and compiles reports in response to Corporate and Business Area requests.

Basic Qualifications : Experience with proposal drafting or contract negotiation or contract management or anything else related. You will need to be a US Citizen, and have a TS clearance to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Desired Skills : 3+ years of contracts experience FAR / DFARS experience Experience working with multiple contract types (FFP, FPI, CPAF / IF, OTA, T&M, IDIQ). Ability to analyze contract terms and risks to mitigate financial impacts. Experience building strong positive customer relationships. NCMA Certification is highly desired. Ability to collaboratively interface with diverse disciplines including : Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Property, and Business Development. Government contract experiences Maintain a Top Secret / SCI w Poly clearance.

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Onsite Full-time : The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position : 9x80 every other Friday off

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
