About the role :

As a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal, you will play a pivotal role in supporting attorneys on a variety of commercial real estate matters, including shopping centers and retail triple-net properties. Your responsibilities will include :

Assisting with contract negotiation, due diligence, and closing processes

Preparing organizational documents and entity formation

Managing closing checklists and timelines

Supporting post-closing matters

Qualifications :

4+ years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

Strong understanding of commercial real estate law, particularly related to shopping centers and retail triple-net properties

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
