Senior People Advisor

The Senior People Advisor serves as a trusted partner to employees and management, supporting the full employee lifecycle and driving a positive, engaging workplace culture. As a key member of the People Team, you will operate as a strategic advisor and consultant, ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality people practices across our North American office. This role is based in New York City and requires a minimum of three days per week onsite.

Responsibilities

People Consulting & Manager Enablement :

• Act as a primary point of contact for managers and employees, advising on policy interpretation, performance management, feedback, coaching, and talent development.
• Partner with managers to ensure teams are performing well, and provide support on coaching, feedback, and performance management issues.
• Deliver guidance on organizational culture and team effectiveness, leveraging best practices to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Base Salary Range

$130,000 $140,000 (compensation for this role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience that may fall outside of the range listed).
