General Manager - The Bar‑Centric Restaurant Group

We’re looking for a dynamic General Manager to join a growing, bar‑centric restaurant concept that celebrates fresh, high‑quality local ingredients and an award‑winning beverage program. The role is dinner‑only with a lively weekend brunch scene, operating in a high‑volume, guest‑driven environment.

Schedule

Approx. 55 hours per week – mainly dinner, with weekend brunch. The concept is late‑night and high‑volume.

Responsibilities

• A natural leader who brings energy, warmth, and personality to every shift.
• Strong P&L management skills with full financial accountability.
• A team builder who develops and inspires people through coaching and culture.
• A strong communicator with solid food knowledge who collaborates seamlessly with chefs.
• Someone who takes pride in every detail, living by the motto : “How you do anything is how you do everything.”
