Pay Information

$240 to $250 per hour

About The Position

Join a highly respected inpatient rehab center in Hartford, CT as a Locum Physiatrist (PM&R) . This is a full-time weekday assignment (Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM) with no nights, weekends, or holiday coverage required . The provider will manage a 25-bed rehab unit, attending to a primarily adult and geriatric population. Responsibilities include admission and discharge management, participation in interdisciplinary care meetings, and oversight of clinical plans. The position starts August 18, 2025, and runs for a 3-month duration with potential to extend. Supportive clinical team, EPIC EMR, and a well-equipped facility make this a smooth and rewarding role.

Job Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R – Required

Active CT License at submission – Required (No IMLC)

ACLS – Required

DEA – Verbal confirmation at name clear

Must reside locally (only mileage is reimbursed)

Clean background and malpractice history – Highly Preferred

Must be comfortable with inpatient rehab, including stroke, TBI, and amputee care
