Responsibilities :

Responsible for the cleaning of general areas (bathrooms, hallways, break rooms, etc.)

Responsible for office garbage collection, sweeping / mopping floors, and overall cleanliness of buildings

Other duties as assigned by supervisor (light bulb replacement, clock battery change outs, etc.)

Requirements :

Some mechanical ability a plus

Ability to work in a fast pace environment

Attention to detail

Positive attitude and pride in work is essential

Ability to work effectively with all personality types

Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instruction

Self-directed and can work independently
