PRN Registered Nurse (RN) Home Visits

Location : Bamberg, SC and surrounding areas (Allendale, Bamberg, Aiken, Williston, North Augusta, Barnwell, Springfield, Blackville)

Pay Rate : $65 per visit + mileage reimbursement

Job Type : PRN (as-needed basis)

Integrity In-Home Care LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to perform in-home visits across multiple South Carolina regions. This position is perfect for nurses seeking flexible PRN opportunities while making a direct impact in their communities.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct in-home nursing assessments for new and existing clients
• Establish and update individualized Plans of Care (POC)
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with agency staff and caregivers
• Ensure compliance with all state and agency standards
