Senior Financial Analyst

• Work Arrangement : Hybrid (2-3 days a week in the office)
• The salary range for this role is between $78,500- $113,500

The Opportunity

The purpose of this role is to perform financial and budget analyses for assigned business lines, including evaluating financial data, performing trend analysis, and providing insights on budget variances. Additionally, the role will support reporting and analysis of competitor results, monitor competitor strategy, and provide value-adding reports to senior management. Strong analytical skills are essential to provide insights to support decision-making and effectively present performance data in a visually intuitive format.

General office jobs : Work is generally performed in an office environment in which there is not substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions. Compensation Package : The salary range for this role is provided above. This is the national range for location(s) listed. The salary offer will be decided based on the role's complexity, its location, and the candidate's professional background, including their education and experience. Beyond the base salary, regular full-time and part-time employees will also be eligible for QBE's annual discretionary bonus plan based on business and individual performance.
