POSITION : Strategy and Policy Analyst

LOCATION : Tampa, FL

STATUS : Full time Contingent Hire

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

• Education : Bachelors Degree in International Relations, Political Science, Security / Defense Studies, Strategic Studies, or a related field.
• Experience : Minimum of 10 years of professional military, defense, or government experience, with at least 5 years in strategy, policy, or campaign planning roles at the Combatant Command (CCMD) or Service Component level. Familiarity with U.S. strategic guidance documents (e.g., National Security Strategy, National Defense Strategy, National Military Strategy) and their relationship to Joint and Service-level doctrine.
• Citizenship and Clearance : U.S. Citizen with Active Top Secret / SCI Clearance.
• Travel : Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally to support contingency planning, exercises, and operational events.
• Skills : Mastery of the English language and exceptional writing and communication skills required. Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to prepare and present strategic assessments, briefings, and recommendations to senior leadership.
