Overview :

The Associate plays a pivotal role in the success of each search by driving research, name generation, market mapping, and candidate sourcing efforts. This individual will support the Partner(s) and broader Industrial team in building robust talent pools, executing targeted outreach, and conducting initial screening conversations. The role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment, brings sharp attention to detail, and has the intellectual curiosity to quickly learn new industries, adapt strategies, and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities :

Search Execution & Research

• Lead market mapping and name generation to identify candidates and talent pools aligned to client needs.
• Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn, leveraging research tools, firm-wide networks, and creative approaches to uncover top talent.
• Draft candidate profiles, outreach messaging, and related deliverables with impeccable written accuracy and consistency.
• Participate in client kick-off meetings and translate requirements into actionable research and sourcing strategies.
• Initiate candidate outreach and engage in first-round screening calls to assess interest, fit, and qualifications.
