What We Offer :

Competitive pay : $75,000 – $95,000 (DOE & certifications)

Sign-on bonus up to $7,500

Schedule : Mon–Thurs, half-days Friday – enjoy long weekends!

What You’ll Do :

Evaluate patients & develop individualized treatment plans

Deliver evidence-based, hands-on care using advanced techniques

Collaborate with a dynamic team & communicate with physicians / insurers

Provide top-quality patient outcomes in a clinic known for excellence

Who You Are :

Licensed (or license-eligible) PT in Virginia

Graduate of CAPTE-accredited PT program

1+ year experience (new grads welcome!)

Passionate about outpatient ortho, sports, and balance therapy
