Job Title : UI / UX Designer & QA Automation Lead

Duration : Long term Contract

Provide strategic guidance and direction to the UI design and requirements process in alignment with program objectives.

Apply user-centered methodologies in cross-disciplinary collaboration for business requirements development.

Create design mockups and wireframes.

Confirm that the user experience is central to the project’s design and development.

Provide day-to-day direction and execution of user experience design, user and stakeholder feedback and collaboration on design decisions.

Confirm comprehensive software testing and quality assurance across the project.

Conduct user testing and incorporate feedback.

Lead the development and implementation of automation test strategies and frameworks.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools and technologies.

Collaborate with manual testers to identify test cases suitable for automation.

Conduct code reviews and confirms the quality and efficiency of automated test scripts.

Provide guidance and support to the testing team on automation best practices and techniques.

5+ years’ experience in UI design, creating mockups and wireframes.

Ability to write test plans and test cases.

To communicate bugs to developers and other stakeholders.

Ability to translate technical requirements & test plans.

Ability to find bad defects and bugs quickly.

Experience in Quality Management Software & Processes.

Knowledge & experience in technical aspects of software solutions being tested. Business process understanding.
