We’re looking for an on-site sales agent to represent one of our new home communities in Gwinnett County which will have 44 homes starting in the high 500's- low 600's. This is a great opportunity for an agent who loves new construction, connecting with buyers, and being part of a motivated collaborative team. You’ll be the face of the community — greeting visitors, walking buyers through homes and floor plans, and guiding them through the purchase process from start to finish.

What You’ll Do :

• Welcome visitors and build strong relationships with potential buyers
• Walk clients through available homes, floor plans, and community details
• Manage leads, contracts, and follow-ups through our CRM system
• Work closely with builders, buyers, and our marketing team to drive traffic and sales
• Build relationships with local agents and generate referrals
• Provide regular updates to leadership on activity and results
• Organized and able to be quick on your feet
