We are currently seeking a highly interactive, organized, and proactive Sales Engagement Coordinator who thrives in a versatile environment. You will work with high-functioning and dynamic business units within our M&I Sales Division to help advance our sales initiatives while collaborating regularly with our global customer base. As our on-site ambassador at our Buffalo, NY headquarters, this immersive role touches all facets of our sales cycle. Fully aligning with the Derrick vision and our corporate / family culture is essential for success. Being on-site allows for deeper engagement with our organizational culture and fosters stronger personal relationships.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate customer visits and serve as the primary host and point of contact for a positive on-site experience
- Liaise with other departments in support of sales initiatives
- Provide support to Derrick's global distributor network
- Coordinate the review of customer contracts
- Assist in drafting and editing sales-related documents and correspondence
- Creation of PowerPoints consistent with the Derrick brand
- Coordinate on-site and off-site company meetings
- Prepare meeting presentation packets, agendas, and event outlines
- Knowledge of CRM and basic tasks
- Additional tasks as needed to support the M&I Sales and Operations teams
- Outgoing and positive, can-do attitude is essential
- Willing to multitask and handle rapidly changing priorities
- Self-motivated, self-directed, organized, and proactive
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and task completion
- Ability to interface comfortably with all levels of management
Qualifications :
Associate's degree (required), bachelor's degree (preferred)2+ years minimum relevant experienceProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Familiarity with CRM software (Dynamics CRM preferred but not required)
