The Boeing Precision Engagement Systems Team is currently looking for a Panel / Process Manufacturing Engineer (Experienced or Senior) to join the team based in Sylmar, CA.

As a member of our Manufacturing / Process Engineering team, you will have the opportunity to work on projects covering the entire range of Spectrolab's products : everything from large and small solar cell assemblies, panels and s for a variety of space applications using the world's highest efficiency solar cells to airborne searchlight / gimbal systems and ground-based high-intensity illuminated test systems. You will also have the opportunity to directly contribute to development programs and to help shape our next-generation improvements in product, process and tooling design.

• Develops and implements production processes and generates / maintains process documentation to ensure correct and consistent process application in production

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Experienced : $105,400 - $142,600

Summary pay range for Senior : $129,200 - $174,800
