Senior Payments Specialist

A company is looking for a Payment Specialist (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities :

Protect revenue by aligning payment strategies with business needs and growth

Lead expansion into new markets and optimize payment performance metrics

Provide mentorship and support to team members on payments-related issues

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in payments operations or PSP management, preferably in a B2C environment

Strong knowledge of payment systems, including gateways, acquirers, and fraud tools

Proven track record managing authorization rates, chargebacks, and fraud KPIs

Experience with payment flows and local payment methods

Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
