Job description
A company is looking for an LTSS Specialist I to support care coordination and improve member healthcare experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and government regulations
Review and complete reports as directed by management
Manage services on person-centered support plans and collaborate with Care Coordinators
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years of experience in claims or customer service
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Solid knowledge of provider reimbursement methodologies and coding guidelines
