Job Title : Estate Planning & Trust Administration Paralegal

Are you an experienced Estate Planning and Trust Administration Paralegal who takes pride in precision, client care, and meaningful legal work?

This is an opportunity to join a well-established, boutique law firm in Pleasanton, CA, focused on estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters. You’ll work directly with attorneys and clients on complex estate matters in a supportive, professional environment where your expertise is truly valued.

What You’ll Do

• Draft estate planning documents, wills, and trusts with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support attorneys in trust and probate administration — including preparing court pleadings, judicial council forms, and deeds.
• Communicate with clients and fiduciaries to gather information, explain processes, and ensure a seamless experience.
• Manage and track matters using Clio and other legal productivity tools.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys while also working independently on case responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Minimum 4 years of experience in Estate Planning and Trust / Probate Administration

✅ Strong drafting skills and familiarity with California forms and procedures

✅ Excellent communication and writing skills — clear, client-centered, and professional

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Clio (or similar software)

✅ California Notary Public certification

✅ Paralegal Certificate (required)

✅ Bachelor’s degree preferred
