Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Dallas, OR
13-Week Contract | Up to $1,740 Weekly (Based on Experience)
Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking an experienced Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join one of our trusted healthcare partners in Dallas, Oregon . Job Description
Assist Physical Therapists in implementing patient-specific treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
Administer therapeutic exercises and interventions under PT supervision.
Monitor patient progress and document outcomes in accordance with facility policies.
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques for continued progress at home.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
Education & Certification Requirements
Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
Current Oregon PTA license (or eligibility to obtain before start date).
Current BLS / CPR certification .
Prior clinical or travel experience in a hospital, outpatient, or skilled nursing facility preferred.
