Proposal Manager

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to lead and manage federal proposal responses in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of compliant proposals, including analysis, writing, and production

Manage multiple proposals with tight deadlines and facilitate collaboration among team members

Support business development activities and introduce best practices for proposal processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field

5+ years of experience in managing and writing federal government proposals

Proven ability to manage multiple proposals with minimal oversight

Familiarity with proposal methodologies and proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaborative tools

Experience with rapid-turnaround task orders and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
