VP Group Account Director
Klick Health is in pursuit of a Client Service Lead for our client services team. This seasoned professional will be spearheading a team of client service experts, as well as orchestrating the management of a diverse portfolio of accounts and brands.
In this elevated role, you will be at the helm of cultivating and nurturing senior-level client relationships. Demonstrating a knack for identifying untapped client opportunities and offering strategic counsel, you will be responsible for fostering the organic growth of these accounts. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring our continued excellence in client service and strategic partnerships.

Management And Execution :
- P&L responsibility for assigned clients
- Responsible for discovering and managing opportunity and / or risk related to portfolio
- Manage and work to exceed client expectations
- Act as the client ambassador within Klick.
- Monitor project execution to ensure success and that projects comply with regulatory requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams in delivering programs across multiple channels and managing opportunities and risks across the portfolio.
- Understand the industry vertical, regulatory and political environments, and industry pressures
- Relentlessly develop roadmaps for clients to identify and leverage ongoing opportunities for their success
- Articulate client's brand vision and objectives to the team to design initiatives to drive client's business forward - Work with the other client vendor partners for mutual success
- Ensure all communications reflect the Klick Health standards and assist in developing a positive client experience
- Understand client's business, industry, competitors, key drivers, environment, etc.
- Relentlessly work to identify opportunities to bring value to our client's businesses
- Articulate client's brand objectives and ensure they are incorporated into recommendations
- Lead the development of the account plan for each client
- Strong presentation and communication skills is a must
- An understanding of marketing communications and regulations of the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry in the US
Experience :
12+ years client services experience in the advertising industry5+ years pharmaceutical / healthcare advertising experienceComfortable managing 12M+ in scope of businessOncology experience a mustExperience overseeing clients and brands or managing one large piece of businessProven ability to build strong relationships with senior level clientsProven ability to grow client businessAbility to manage, nurture, and grow a team of client service professionalsAbility to identify business changes in order to allocate resources effectively.Identifying client business objectives and account planningSetup, lead, and run client meetings, provide follow-up and recap notesStrong financial acumen, forecasting, and budget planningIn partnership with Project Management, review and create scopes of workClient Feedback : Gaining clarity on changes / markups and communicating back to internal teams effectively.Strong presentation and communication skills are a mustAn understanding of marketing communications and regulations of the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry in the USComfort and enthusiasm for integrating AI into your workUniversity degree required, MBA preferredPosition Requirements :
Travel : As need travel to client, mainly in the US and CanadaValid passport is requiredHybrid work environment, two days a week in the office required
