Bradley Professional is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead, coach, and develop a Customer Service and Account Management team for their client located in Greensboro, NC .
This role requires a strong people leader with proven success managing customer service operations— specifically within a manufacturing environment —and the ability to build team capability, elevate performance, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the Customer Service / Account Management team.
- Lead performance management, training, and development to drive accountability and skill growth.
- Manage strategic and high-value accounts; serve as the escalation point for complex customer issues.
- Support business growth by identifying opportunities and guiding team members in consultative selling.
- Oversee projects to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and profitability.
- Recommend and implement process improvements; collaborate with leadership on client and operational strategies.
Requirements
3+ years of people leadership experience , including coaching and performance management.3+ years of customer service management experience in a manufacturing environment.Additional experience in account management or sales preferred.Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.Schedule
Monday–Friday within 7 : 00 AM–6 : 00 PM (8-hour shift). Hybrid option available after 90 days.
