Director of Master Data Management

A company is looking for a Director of Master Data Management.

Key Responsibilities

Leads the enterprise-wide delivery of a single source of truth for key healthcare master data domains

Partners with senior leaders and technical teams to design and implement scalable MDM solutions

Oversees vendor relationships and evaluates tools to drive automation and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in data management, including 2+ years in a leadership role

Strong understanding of Master Data Management principles and data governance

Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and experience with MDM platforms preferred

Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and collaborating with stakeholders
