About the role As an Integration Technical Project Manager you will make an impact by leading large-scale platform modernization initiatives in the commercial lending domain. You will be a valued member of the Banking & Financial Services Consulting team and work collaboratively with stakeholders, technical teams, vendor partners and clients. In this role, you will :

• Lead end-to-end integration efforts for the replacement of legacy loan servicing systems with ACBS
• Manage API and batch integration across upstream and downstream systems
• Drive project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on technical architecture and timelines
• Provide domain expertise in commercial lending and platform modernization best practices We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. • 8 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in large-scale platform modernization programs
• Strong understanding of API and batch integration methodologies
• Hands-on experience with ACBS system in commercial lending environments
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive delivery in complex technical landscapes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Up to 25% travel may be required These will help you succeed
• Experience working with financial institutions on loan servicing transformations
• Familiarity with vendor management and third-party integration strategies
• PMP or equivalent certification
• Exposure to Agile delivery models
