Manager, Payer And Employer Partnerships
SonderMind is seeking a Manager, Payor and Employer Partnerships to accelerate our relationships with our payer and employer partners. This partner facing role will be fast paced as we deliver tomorrow's comprehensive mental health solution. This high-impact role will be central to SonderMind's efforts to expand access to high-quality mental healthcare by engaging and activating key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem. You'll be on the cutting edge of SonderMind's latest product go-to-markets for our digital and AI-powered solutions. This cross-functional role will collaborate with our Payor Strategy, Product, Clinical, Marketing and Enterprise teams to deliver seamless experiences and measurable business impact. What you'll do :
- Own and execute a payor and employer engagement and sales strategy, including the creation of a business plan and partner enablement playbook
- Build and maintain 1 : 1 relationships with high-value payor, employer, channel, consulting and broker partners
- Represent SonderMind at key industry conferences, events, and meetings to grow visibility and partner engagement
- Support SonderMind's sales efforts through relationship development, co-selling, and market education
- Present and demo SonderMind's digital behavioral health solution to partners at a compelling and strategic level Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, including data sharing, performance tracking, and contract execution
- Keep internal teams - Payor Strategy, Product, Clinical, Marketing and Enterprise teams - rowing together to deliver a unified and seamless partner experience
- Be responsible to deliver against and crush sales and performance targets

7+ years of experience in health technology, benefits consulting, or digital healthcare partnerships with a focus on B2B2C or channel partner salesDemonstrated success in building and executing complex partnership strategies with brokers, consultants, or health plansDemonstrated experience owning and achieving or exceeding sales targets regularly, preferably in healthcare salesExperience negotiating and managing contracts and partner agreementsStrong project management and organizational skillsable to handle multiple priorities and drive outcomes independentlyExcellent verbal and written communication skills; able to deliver strategic messaging to both internal and external stakeholdersEntrepreneurial mindset with flexibility to adapt quickly to evolving market needs and internal prioritiesPassionate about transforming healthcare access through technology and meaningful partnershipsPreferred : Existing relationships with national or regional benefits consultants, brokers, and / or health plansFamiliarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and performance tracking platformsBachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferredOur benefits :
