Job Title : Production Worker

Job Description

Join our innovative team as a Welder, where you will be responsible for welding composite materials together using heat steaming techniques. You will operate an iron on a fixed track clamped to a table, pushing it back and forth to weld materials into a roll. Occasionally, you may use a handheld 2lb iron for touch-ups if welds break. This role involves standing in place all day, performing simple, repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate a welding iron on a fixed track to weld composite materials.
• Use a handheld iron for touch-ups when necessary.
• Stand in place all day performing repetitive tasks.
• Maintain attention to detail and ensure high-quality welds.
• Meet production goals and work with minimal supervision.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr.
