What You'll Do :

Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a hotel and resort environment.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with emergency response activities as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or potential disturbances.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious behavior.

Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols.

Collaborate with hotel management and staff to address security-related concerns and support a welcoming environment for all occupants and visitors.

Minimum Requirements :

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
