Job description

A company is looking for a Groups Sales Manager to manage inbound inquiries and drive group bookings.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage high volume inbound inquiries for group bookings and qualify leads

Close group booking opportunities by presenting tailored solutions and upselling services

Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure satisfaction for repeat business

Required Qualifications :

3+ years of B2B / B2C sales experience, preferably in hospitality or group travel

Expertise in inbound sales and consultative selling techniques

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to create tailored proposals

Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead management

Ability to collaborate effectively across departments in a fast-paced environment
