Job Description :

This company is looking for top Business Development Representatives to fill their open position of a  Business Development Representative . We partner with a growing and well-established commercial restoration company to help them find qualified and talented individuals like yourself. They are interested in highly-motivated and proactive individuals to fill their open role with extended experience in sales and either commercial / residential restoration. This role is an urgent need, and qualified contacts will be contacted ASAP!

Info / Requirements :

  • This company is well-respected for both its quality work and strong team culture.
  • This is an on-site role with regular travel in the area to meet clients and build relationships.
  • You’ll build a client base by connecting with insurance adjusters, realtors, plumbers, and property managers—focusing on trusted, long-term relationships rather than high-pressure sales.
  • Must bring a book of business with property managers, or other contractors in the area.
  • Ideal candidates have a background in business development, marketing, or sales—especially in restoration, construction, or home services.
  • Grit, good character, people skills, and a self-starter attitude are essential.
