Roles & Responsibilities

Strategize optimize and deliver actionable content for our customers and stakeholders Perform activities such as market research competitor analysis and persona mapping to generate content idea Identify the tone of voice for each content type by conducting persona interviews Liaise with other departments brainstorm and generate innovative ideas that enrich the quality of the content Conduct content audits to identify content optimization opportunities Create and maintain editorial calendars style guides taxonomies metadata frameworks and content migration plans Keep track of feedback and analytics to make improvements in the overall content strategy
