Location : Hybrid – 3 days in office (location to be announced, likely West Village / Greenwich area)

What You’ll Do
- Grow, grow, grow : Attack new business opportunities, close deals, and expand existing relationships.
- Build strong partnerships : Become the trusted advisor who clients rely on for creative, impactful promo solutions.
- Leverage your leads : Start day one with a book of business and fresh leads — no waiting around to ramp.
- Deliver solutions : Research products, craft compelling proposals, and provide samples that wow clients.
- Own the process : Manage quotes, orders, and pipelines using Salesforce and our streamlined platforms.
- Champion your clients : Guide them through every step, from first call to final delivery.
- Immerse in the industry : Attend meetings, presentations, and potentially trade shows to keep your edge sharp.
What We’re Looking For
Proven closer : 5+ years of promotional product sales success with a track record of beating targets.Sales hunter : You love the chase, the thrill of prospecting, and converting opportunities into wins.Activity-driven achiever : You understand that hustle creates results — and you bring it every day.Multi-tasking master : You thrive in fast-paced environments and juggle priorities with ease.Relationship builder : A strong communicator who knows how to gain trust and keep it.Tech savvy : Skilled in Microsoft Office, CRM / ERP systems (bonus for Salesforce / CommonSKU).💰 Compensation & Perks
