JOB SUMMARY :

  • The E-Commerce Associate Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day strategy and management of the e-commerce business, reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director of Erborian US and working closely with the Paris Digital Team.
  • The candidate has a proven track record for project management and will be responsible for optimizing the e-commerce website to drive growth in traffic, conversion rate, and ultimately sales.
  • They will optimize inventory, manage visual merchandising, oversee imagery and copywriting production, and be part of the entire customer journey from acquisition to retention .
  • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Website Optimization / Management Own the end-to-end management of product catalog and quality-check all imagery, video and copy uploaded to site.
  • Ideate and design e-commerce experiences on Sales Force SFCC platform concretely setting up all contents, promotions, etc. directly in SFCC’s business manager (back office).
  • Implement A+ content as well as best practices to enhance conversion rates and engagement.
  • Identify and troubleshoot website bugs and monitor website and data to drive improvements in the online shopping experience.
  • Monitor daily sales trends and provide insights and analysis for key stakeholders, utilizing data to make recommendations.
  • Plan and optimize the e-commerce marketing calendar based on holiday sales, promotions, and new product launches.
  • Assist with content briefing for any new e-commerce asset needs for U.S market.
  • Monitor discount rate and promotional schedule according to forecast.
  • Forecast and manage web stock based on market trends and growth objectives.
  • Forecast any key promo periods, GWPs and kits according to product lead times.  Track, plan and manage inventory flow to e-commerce warehouses.
  • Ensure that website inventory is accurate and reflective of warehouse stock and monitor for any OOS issues on the website.
  • Consistently track competitive landscape for best-in-class customer experience.
  • Act as key liaison between warehouse, logistics, and customer care teams to ensure smooth processing of outbound orders and returns.
  • Identify any bugs with the order fulfillment process and raise issues to relative departments.
  • Provide product knowledge to Customer Care team as needed.
  • E-CRM & Loyalty Own the E-CRM planning calendar and adapt strategy based on current market landscape.
  • Partner with cross-functional partners on email copy, campaign planning and retention strategies and production.
  • Ensure email cadence and monitor any delivery issues with the development team.
  • Monitor weekly performance and provide key stakeholders with analysis and business insights.
  • Guide key marketing and content strategies across CRM and the website based on inventory availability, excess stock, and sales goals.
  • Consistently track competitive CRM landscape for best-in-class customer experience.

  • Sales performance and data analysis Brand presentation Internal and external relationship quality REQUIREMENTS : EDUCATION Completed Bachelor’s degree EXPERIENCE 1-3 years+ of experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Data Analytics.
  • Experience in Salesforce a plus Experience with consumer products preferred SKILLS Excellent verbal, written & presentation skills Must present a positive, professional and energetic attitude, be able to work in a team, be proactive and remain self-motivated Must be detail oriented, and have excellent organization and time management skills Must have strong computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint, Outlook) Beauty industry know how, passion for cosmetics / beauty products A self-starter with the ability to problem solve and brainstorm in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and act with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Ability to work effectively with and present to individuals at all levels.
  • A keen listener, capable of receiving feedback and pivoting strategy with agility and analytical aptitude.
  • Flexibility to wear many hats and own the entire e-commerce experience from ideating and design to execution and analysis.
  • Must be an ambassador of the Erborian Brand PHYSICAL & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Must be available from Monday to Friday Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including travel to NY office at least 3X monthly or as needed.
  • The compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 - $65,000 (based on skills, experience and with differentials applied if outside of NYC.) Erborian North America offers a competitive compensation package and a comprehensive benefit.
