We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join our Investments and Asset Management team in Raleigh, North Carolina. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in creating and analyzing financial models and reports to support strategic decisions across a diverse portfolio of real estate assets. Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models and reports using Excel and Argus to evaluate the performance of real estate assets.
• Support quarterly and annual financial reporting processes for both internal stakeholders and external investors.
• Analyze property-level financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for potential value enhancement.
• Collaborate with asset managers, property managers, and accounting teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and valuation processes for real estate investments.
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports and presentations for senior leadership and investment committees.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with reporting standards and contribute to the improvement of financial reporting processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of two years of experience in financial analysis or reporting, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Proficiency in Argus Enterprise software is essential.
• Advanced skills in Excel, including the ability to create pivot tables and perform complex financial modeling.
• Strong understanding of real estate financial metrics such as NOI, IRR, and Cap Rate.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a focus on collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in an on-site environment.
• Demonstrated capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
