The start date is as soon as possible. The schedule is Monday-Thursday with 4 ten-hour shifts every other week. The alternate schedule is Monday-Friday with 4 nine-hour shifts and 1 four-hour shift every other week. The unit has a variable number of beds with a 25-bed capacity and generally less than 5 patients. The role requires floating between outpatient and inpatient settings. Outpatient care constitutes 80% of the workload, while inpatient care is 30%. Inpatient care includes acute care and swing bed services. Candidates must have strong orthopedic skills and experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Having experience with specific electronic medical record systems is required.
