Environmental Services Supervisor

Our network employs more than 2,000 medical professionals and support staff at our main Hospital campus in Northampton and additional locations in twelve towns throughout the Pioneer Valley. Cooley Dickinson's VNA & Hospital is also a vital part of our network, providing home-based services through-out Hampshire and Franklin counties.

The Environmental Services Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction are achieved, exceeded, and maintained. This position reports to the Director, Support Services and operates within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience required, preferably in a service-related field with high customer contact
• Demonstrated attention to detail required
• High quality customer service skills required
• Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills required
• Proficiency in Windows based software including Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required

Shift : 2 : 00pm-10 : 30pm, Wednesday thru Sunday w / rotating holidays
