As a Senior Tax Accountant , you’ll take the lead on client engagements, collaborate with a great team, and work in a place where your personal time is treated with just as much importance as your deadlines.

What You’ll Do :

Prepare and review a variety of tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership, and nonprofit)

Lead day-to-day tax engagements with accuracy and attention to deadlines

Identify tax planning strategies and proactively advise clients

Communicate directly with clients, government agencies, and tax advisors

Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment

Stay current on tax law changes and use that knowledge to help clients and colleagues

What You Bring :

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

5+ years of experience in tax compliance and reporting

Strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Clear, confident communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred :

CPA or in-progress certification

Experience managing or mentoring other staff

Familiarity with tax software and tech tools

Experience with small business and individual clients
