Job description8 / 26 to 9 / 19 Practice Setting : Inpatient Psychiatric Department Average Number of Patients Per Day : 12 Total Number of Beds : 27 Number of Psychiatrist in the Group : 5 Number of Advanced Practice Providers Support : 6 Number of Psychologists : 0 Locum Tenen Psychiatrist Required to Supervise Other Healthcare Providers : Yes, Psychiatric NP Describe Referral / Transfer Protocol : Referrals primarily coming from Muskegon and Grand Rapids EDs Safety / Security Measures in Place : Staff duress system, security on site 24 / 7 No pediatric patients EMR : Epic Estimated Credentialing Timeframe : 3 months but need ASAP Anxiety Disorders Affective Disorders ADD / ADHD Personality Disorders Eating Disorders Developmental Disorders Psychotic Disorders Organic Disorders Involuntary Commitments Seclusion therapy Pharmacotherapy Group Therapy Restraint Application Board Certified (Psychiatry) Active MI License BLS Must be available to cover Mon-Fri for the open dates listed - REQUIRED, no exceptions Benefit from streamlined administrative processes and support services provided by locum agencies, allowing you to focus on patient care and clinical responsibilities.
